Pros
Professional, knowledgeable workforce. They have excellent Management. They're growing fast, while maintaining their service level and customer satisfaction. Good teamwork, lots of support among the staff. Because of their growth there is opportunity for advancement.
Cons
The job requires some long hours and sometimes weekends. It's not a 9:00 - 5:00 job. Working with workaholics is easier if you are a workaholic.
