1. Lack of leadership and regular meeting to communicate through the company while expecting employees perform to a level they satisfy.
2. Salary is way too below the market average with no benefits. Hiring a lot workers from labour agency just to avoid vacations and other benefits that are supposed to be provided to employees.
3. Lack of company culture, management only cares about making profit so minimum effort was involved to provide employees with proper compensation and to ensure the quality of the products is a compliance to the standard.
