Pros
- The best part about working as QA for O2E is the amazing group of people on the QA Team. The QA Lead and other QA team members are really the ones that understand what's going on everyday and what needs to be done. The way they work together and with everyone else in BT is unparalleled - Training materials for onboarding with the QA Team are pretty decent - Opportunities to advance within QA Team
Cons
- The QA Manager makes no effort to learn what her team does and does not listen to their needs or requests. - The QA Manager not only has no knowledge of Salesforce, she seemingly does not even have knowledge of standard QA Process and Test Types. - The QA Manager leans heavily on the QA Lead/QA team to explain things, repeatedly, in order to gain an understanding - The QA Manager shows favoritism amongst the team where promotions are concerned - Automation is a "work in progress", so there is a lot of manual testing - No Test Management System, everything documented in spreadsheets - Expect to put in a lot of unpaid overtime
