initially, this seemed to be a good place but over time, I figured this place only cared about output and not morals. They say ethics are important but if your resource misbehaves but works then they'll go easy on him, (especially the HR). Some of their hirings for managerial positions are almost always not right. they say they values ethics and morals but when time tests them, they fail miserably every time. you’ll have to be on your toes when working here because you never know when someone might flip. they’ll tell you you’re on your own but get mad if you do get out on your own. they’ll tell you you’ll always be guided but some people will make sure you never are. if you are extroverted + likeable + a jolly personality, be aware of the HR. let’s just say, the management flips when it suits them. also theyre so emotional, its funny.

The best thing about this place is that everyone—from management to employees and even the maintenance staff—is genuinely valued. There’s no micromanagement, and the higher management is extremely supportive and understanding. In my experience, this company is creating a safe space for the next generation. Unlike many other workplaces where HR can feel toxic, here the HR team is genuinely friendly. What stands out the most is that the higher management doesn’t believe in rigid hierarchies or titles—everyone is treated equally. Those who lead do so based on merit, not position. The best perk? No matter what your concern is, you’ll always be heard and supported by the CEO and Director of the company.
