Cons
- Sometimes organisational changes are communicated poorly or not clearly enough.
- A high performance culture was not explained clearly at first. Now I understand well what is expected of me and what I need to do to achieve High Performer status. I think this caused confusion and even disappointment among some employees who were expecting a different culture.
