      Strict dress code, out-dated policies and office environment, lack of flexibility, monitoring employees

      Pros

      The mission and the teens and young adults served is amazing work.

      Cons

      A leadership shift left to unsavory changes and a culture of cruelty, when I was there. Leadership has since changed and hopefully for the better.
