Negative even aggressive supervisors, often selected by nepotism. Inconsistent standards, lack of respect for workers, inadequate time for performing tasks (routes) safely, ignorant and unqualified management. Known for workplace violence, and not only the 1999 shootings! Bullying is paramount! Health and Safety is not respected, and work conditions are dirty, vehicles lack proper maintenance, training is amateur for drivers. ATU 279 is at best weak and unwilling (lazy or unable) to represent members.
