      Supervisor thought she was superior to everyone. Had favorites and showed it. Did not encourage great customer service, but take more calls. Quantity was more important than quality of work.

      Promotion opportunities if you play your cards right. Casual Friday every other week. Location to excellent food. Health insurance benefit, dental benefit.

      Cons

      Sense of responsibility absent in some. Underperforming employees can remain comfortable. Meager work life balance. Annual increases at review akin to cost of living. Incentives are limited to cookies with embossed ODS logo or promotional items.
