They give healthcare nothing else

My experience at this firm was deeply disappointing. Management did not support employees when issues arose, including instances of verbal hostility and public humiliation. When concerns were raised, responsibility was often shifted onto staff rather than addressed constructively. I witnessed high turnover and significant emotional burnout among employees. As a person of color/immigrant, I did not feel this was an inclusive or fair workplace. Leadership lacked diversity, and opportunities for advancement did not feel equitable. Commitments made during reviews and contracts were not consistently honored. Despite working extended hours, including nights and weekends, the effort went largely unacknowledged. I would not recommend this firm, particularly to those concerned about workplace culture, fairness, and mental health.
