      health benefits, pay was ok, 401k was good

      Cons

      terrible working conditions, no one respects your calendar, you rarely have time for lunch, workload was unreasonable, and no help from leadership (of which, almost all leadership when I worked there they forced into early retirement if that tells you anything

      A Great place to learn.

      Cons

      Not a draw back for me, but if you have not worked shift work it maybe difficult to adjust to the job especially for some craft/technical positions.
