The salary is not linked to the experience or responsabilities. Hiring policy is based on getting Germans from the university and paying them under average, or by getting Italians, French or Spaniards paying them also under average. The salary is a mistery. Before the Mitarbeitergespräch it is clarified that no talk on the salary will be performed. This means that the sole capability the company could use to retain the talent is throw away. This is the clear example of why there is such a high fluctuation of employees. No IgMetall. Why? Because according to the board, the salaries in OHB are quite similar to the average in the sector and therefore it is not needed.
