Extremely large class sizes. Lack of communication from management. Unexpected new procedures from management. No or little salary increase year-to-year. Overall feeling little respect from management. Extreme focus on phone calls and engagement hours. Lack of consideration from employees for important decisions that many would have important input on from experience. Constant change in administration. Constant change in technology and curriculum. Constant changes in policies regarding work from home, travel, etc.
