Pros
Good working environment with all good teams and colleagues. I have managed to find office best friends throughout the years I have worked here. Many new, upcoming, and ongoing construction projects that mean a lot to learn. Independent and free on your own to handle any incoming issues and complaints, which means customer experience-based.
Cons
Multiple sites to handle at once. Toxic higher managers and bosses who always find time to gossip but not to respond to their staff. Talk badly behind their staff and show bias to their closest staff only. The department is facing an understaffed, but management closes its eyes to this.
