Pros

Generous benefits package, good allowances, and exposure to a fast-paced environment.

Cons

I had one of my most difficult professional experiences at this company. While the benefits are excellent — including a fitness allowance, education support, and daily meal stipends — the reality is that the workload and expectations often make it hard to take advantage of them. The culture is highly demanding, with long hours and limited work-life balance. Management tends to prioritize results over employee well-being, and internal politics are unfortunately common. Collaboration can feel more competitive than cooperative, which makes the environment particularly tough for non-Chinese employees trying to adapt. Turnover is high, which says a lot about overall satisfaction levels. I hope leadership takes future steps to build a healthier and more inclusive workplace culture.

Pros

- Complimentary food and drinks in the office - Some co-workers are working hard and friendly - Hybrid work that can work 2 days from home

Cons

- The company experienced hiring followed by layoffs, which raised concerns about workforce planning. - No severance package, career transition assistance, or visa support was provided following the layoff, which negatively impacted the perception of the company's employee culture. - There was a tendency to assign blame rather than focus on collaborative problem-solving.
