Pros

Only good thing about this company was the few benefits they provided such as €25 food allowance when in the office, salary was good and gym reimbursement provided just before we were terminated. However they gradually took away multiple benefits promised when you start in the job.

Cons

Everything. They changed my role within a month of starting, took away benefits constantly and then made us redundant with no communication and no financial assistance. They try to sell you all false promises when being interviewed and this is how they get you in. Once you’re in, you can expect everything to change. I have never ever experienced such an awful treatment of employees in this company. Absolutely no commutation and ruthless with their changes.

Pros

- Complimentary food and drinks in the office - Some co-workers are working hard and friendly - Hybrid work that can work 2 days from home

Cons

- The company experienced hiring followed by layoffs, which raised concerns about workforce planning. - No severance package, career transition assistance, or visa support was provided following the layoff, which negatively impacted the perception of the company's employee culture. - There was a tendency to assign blame rather than focus on collaborative problem-solving.
