      Pros

      A young tech company. Thanks to the profitability of the business, the company is generous with benefits. Besides the salary, employees can get meal allowance, fitness and learning funding. You won’t get much pressure as a junior software engineer.

      Cons

      I did see other senior colleagues work excessively and people get dialed for meetings when they are on leave. No WFH.

      - Complimentary food and drinks in the office - Some co-workers are working hard and friendly - Hybrid work that can work 2 days from home

      Cons

      - The company experienced hiring followed by layoffs, which raised concerns about workforce planning. - No severance package, career transition assistance, or visa support was provided following the layoff, which negatively impacted the perception of the company's employee culture. - There was a tendency to assign blame rather than focus on collaborative problem-solving.
