Pros

I started my journey as Customer Service Specialist in OKG Malaysia and from day one, I already feel welcomed and supported both by the management and new team members. Of course, I feel excited when I receive all the working equipment as well as the company merchandise as welcome gift. I did not feel left out starting from my training week until my buddy program week. Everyone shared the same positive vibes and the best part, they are approachable. I truly admire how the company expectations and missions as they are clear. I can see some of the people development in this company and it already made me excited. The company’s direction and its 'We Before Me' principle genuinely inspire and drive me.

Cons

Some internal working tools might not be helpful as still in early stage. And during buddy program, it is not quite clear on how we should proceed. Sometimes, cross-team communication can be slow.
