Pros

The entire floor of people to work with are amazing management seems to genuinely care about the people they work with.

Cons

Contractor has worked with OLG to create a stagnant pay growth, you are not eligible for paid vacations, benefits, pension or raises. You are paid significantly less than your colleagues performing the same work. Forced extra hours are a thing when they decide. Even while OLG claims dedication to Diversity EQAULITY and Inclusion you will be excluded from most programs available to those who have "earned" a way onto OLG payroll. But expected to uphold all of their team expectations.
