Not seen any. Even hike depends on government. From few years no one has got anything. Bonus is also dependent on govt approval. Company is in loss so no one going to get anything
Cons
Major layoff happening. Cruel CTO Janine Leahey she fired all VP's and Director who were integral part. She just need puppet. People who are less than 3 years there has been laid off in huge numbers. Their strategy is to hire people and after sometime just fire them. They only keep people more than 15-20 years because they have to give huge severance if they got fired. So they don't care and don't work. They don't appreciate new ideas and people with knowledge. They are firing in small numbers so that they don't have to report and it will not come in media.
