Pros
Good benefits, like a high number of days of annual leave, decent medical/dental benefits. Flexible for your family needs.
Cons
Upper Management, from the MD to Operations to HR, are all out of touch with the various agencies under them. Sitting in a separate office from the various in-house teams under Oliver, the upper management in Singapore implements various policies without garnering actual feedback from the teams running the work. Efficiency nor employee well-being are goals here. People around you leave, but the company either doesn't replace them till it's too late or they off-shore the role(s) under some grand delusion that this is how in-house teams work. You are swamped with basically numerous pointless calls every week and left with little to no time to handle your own scope of work. The discontent among not just one, but multiple agencies under the Oliver network points to a serious problem, one which the leadership chooses to sweep under the rug.
