Pros
Despite being a corporate job it doesn't have the intensity of one. The atmosphere is very casual and friendly, everyone is nice to one another and admin likes to take care of everyone. Great work-life balance for sure since it's a hybrid leaning organization.
Cons
The busy seasons can be a lot to handle, even if you plan for it. Parking has also become an issue lately. Also there are no yearly salary increases or bonuses.
