Pros

Although I recently started at OMP, I could say that job satisfaction is top if you have operations research background.

Cons

As far as I know, sometimes you need to work long hours if the project that you are responsible for is on go-live phase.

Hi there, Thanks for the positive review! We love hearing from colleagues – especially when it's with an inspiring but clear title such as 'I like it.' If you experience internal competition as an obstacle, please don’t hesitate to discuss this with your team lead. Because this is definitely not according to our company culture of teamwork and cooperation. Don't hesitate to contact us via feedback@omp.com if you want to share extra information. Thanks again, Ansie Van Aerschot

Pros

None worth mentioning No positive experience overall Difficult work environment Poor employee treatment Unprofessional management culture

Cons

I had a very disappointing experience with OMP from a professional ethics standpoint. Long after my engagement ended, someone associated with the company reportedly reached out to my current client regarding me, which ultimately impacted my employment. Regardless of internal disagreements or past project concerns, contacting a former employee’s/client’s current workplace after such a long period felt highly unprofessional and unnecessary. Actions like this can seriously affect someone’s career, livelihood, and mental well-being. I believe companies should focus on maintaining professional boundaries and handling concerns through proper channels rather than interfering with former employees’ future opportunities. While I gained technical experience during my time there, this incident left a lasting negative impression about the culture and professionalism in handling people matters.

Hello, First of all, thanks for sharing your feedback. I’m really sorry that your offboarding experience didn’t meet your expectations. Clearly your experience shows that we fell short. Apologies for that. The last thing we want is for former colleagues to feel let down. We’ll be looking to learn from this. Our people are our precious resource. We take all comments seriously, and I’m looking forward to seeing this through to a solution that takes your comments on board. Thanks again for sharing your feedback, Ansie Van Aerschot
