Pros
* Well-intentioned co-founders, with good track record of growing businesses * Decent pay * Excellent financial backing (great at selling themselves to investors)
Cons
* Politics everywhere (ppl within mgmt team can't get along, and it flows down to other levels), worse than other places I've worked at (traditional companies where you would expect it to be worse) * Internal communication can be awful at times * Everyone is rowing in different directions, everyone is trying to please the co-founders - nobody wants to ask the hard questions so problems are not solved * Still stuck in the "factory-output" mindset from the Copal days * Lack of growth opportunities - now wished I didn't join this company, so please investigate in-depth before you consider a role here
