The biggest negative point is the company's CEO, who treats employees like house helps now matter your position in the company you'll be disrespected every time you connect with him. The company have no long time goal, thus no personal growth. Office politics is there on an extreme level. They'll make you work after office hours. Salaries provided are the lowest as per market standards and the maximum hike you'll get after working more than a year is maximum of 8%. It's a place for people who don't have self respect

No Pros here at all. Worst place to work. No proper pay. They don't pay timely salaries to security guards and other staffs. Incompetent joker manages the business. Please do not join in here. They lie to you very much before you join. They play with your career.
