This is one of the office cultures they find truly fun. - Working there feels like working in North Korea. They try to control all the employees under the pretext of company policy. - They monitor employees, but the higher-ups do whatever they want. It's quite amusing how many of the company rules only apply to regular staff. - There isn't a single manager capable of leading their team effectively.
