Pretty flexible if you discuss your schedule in advance, all staff is nice and manager nice as well, pay is good and there is the opportunity to grow within the retail environment. You also get a generous discount on all products.
Cons
Really depends on the store manager. Sometimes unrealistic goals and targets are set.
