Pros
High competent technical team to work with. Colleagues are always helpful in case of difficulties. Pays are okay, and bonus are pretty decent too.
Cons
Poorly executed management. Lots of agenda in hand but often got delayed or worst never came to light. Company grows very modest and in the region thus not good for future prospect.
