There are a lot of smart people there and there is a a lot of very technical and challenging work.
Cons
They are a company that hasn't seemed to keep up with the times. They haven't adapted to new software processes, new languages, new SCM tools, or anything in the world of software development. They also are too slow to let go of underperforming engineers.
