      OPPO Indonesia has a very passionate and competent team. They attach importance to corporate culture and take account for every employees' value. It has been a wonderful time to work in here.

      Cons

      Employees are from different backgrounds, hence, barriers on communication exist.

      Pros

      Great work life balance to work at oppo EU. The people here are great. I mean really great. Smart, thoughtful, passionate group of folks who are really invested in each other and invested about the work we do. It's the first company I've worked at where people warm up to you quickly and are very welcoming, which has been nice.

      Not too much you could learn from the team
