The pay is descent for a security job.

Training is inadequate. Site leadership is lacking people skills. You'll walk into work and the Site Supervisor is aggressive and unfriendly. Getting day shift is impossible since all the guards who have been there for over a year get first dibs. If you start out, you WILL do evening and night shift for months.
