Colleagues are the only reason I have lasted that long.
Cons
10 days Annual Leave is Pathetic. You cannot grow in this company unless you are in very good terms with the management staff even if you are good at your job. If u are close to the right people, even if your work sucks and your attendance is poor, its ok. The culture of 'favourism' is strong and obvious. No bonus. Increment is not even $50.
