Long hours, it’s a big investment of time and energy but well worth it

In a short and concise way to summarise this company - I didn’t fully understand what was happening but after a short while I was shown an opportunity meeting that explains how the business model works. After this I found all of my questions answered, I began at the entry level although my education would allow me to enter better and easier opportunities. After this I then decided to pursue ORA group to see how things would pan out. I was immediately greeted by positive individuals that did their utmost best to see me progress. I was given the right coaching which then saw me make massive steps forward in my career (Hoan Pham). I’m a social person so I enjoy the atmosphere and I get along with all the team however I understand this isn’t for every individual. This business is for the people that are open minded, have belief and want to do something with their future.

There are many cons that come with belief and progression. Like I previously stated I was confused to begin with so I would’ve been grateful if I had a full understanding of the industry from day 1. Other negatives involve the hours as I have worked longer than I ever have before however if you are wanting to progress fast and far then this is understandable.
