Pros

If you know core java and if you know how to reuse the code(Ctrl C+Ctrl V) you can retire here

Cons

There is no new technology to work here, Only Core java,JDBC,REST Service There is no Minimum training hours for Employee here. Don't get surprise if you face Person who represent your work as his work. People who buttering their manager get good positions without having caliber. Your rating is based on how you butter your manager, not based on your capability, There will NOT be clear goal for next appraisal. Though you serve 10 + years for company, your loyalty is not considered, you will not get any shares/good position. Top level people who plays politics will not allow you to grow, They don't want to loose their control,so they do so. People at top level don't digest you to be grown and become key person with them, they want you to be served under them and being controlled by them always. You can get screwed When you rebel against your Boss. Ex:Though you support your projects on weekend and late nights, they will screw you if they want on the matter of being latecomer for office. People write anonymous email on your name by criticizing top level managers,You may not be knowing this before you leave the company.

Pros

The work environment is exceptional, the training and onboarding program is top-notch, and the camaraderie creates a pleasant work environment. I am truly very happy with my decision to join ORBCOMM.

Cons

The insurance benefits are confusing and not very attractive, apart from that, they offer other benefits such as a cellphone, internet, a GYM, etc.
