      Know your way around a computer. Work experience. Time management skills. Flexible hours. Plenty of benefits. Laid back work environment. Get to work with famous people.

      Cons

      Pay won’t change when position changes. Environment not always the best. Some work goes unnoticed. Black out dates. Not everything is told to the employee

      Quotas over quality. Moved and laid off almost a whole warehouse of workers for cheaper realistate.
