This organization has a deeply toxic culture that starts with upper management and permeates throughout the workplace. There is little to no transparency and very little honest communication. Rumors and misinformation circulate freely and are rarely addressed, which creates an environment built on distrust rather than integrity. Leadership appears far more focused on increasing client volume to boost revenue than on supporting staff or maintaining a healthy workplace. Employee concerns and input are routinely ignored, leaving staff feeling undervalued and unheard. Accountability from management is virtually nonexistent. Problems are often minimized or swept under the rug rather than addressed openly or constructively. As a result, the work environment has become extremely unhealthy and difficult to navigate. Compensation is below industry standards and the benefits are poor. Based on my experience, prospective employees should approach this organization with caution.
