      I’ve only just started but so far: Positive culture/people, clear communication on direction, care for employees and their goals, onboarding within the AM on 80% of required applications and work phone, support diverse race/age/experiences.

      Cons

      So far no downsides on OSB’s direction or management

      Pay is quite good, though too many people are paid lower and deserve more. Good colleagues Good bonus opportunities Free fruit

      Cons

      Management and Senior management stick together and attribute blame on other people. Too many manual workarounds. Outdated IT systems, with regular issues.
