      Company Located in prime shopping, metro area good parking ...

      Many..Many & Many... ** No Respect to their own employees and team members. ** worst salary ** Technical lead in one team acts as Project manager instead of Technical reviews/ writing code and monitors team in and outs timings, literally monitors who ever does works from Home. ** They Treat contractor as slaves and dump lot of work - No extra pay or compensate off will be given. ** recently many employees left due to no proper values to be given to their employees and salaries are way less than the current standard in the market. ** Very expensive health care and almost 80% is exacted from employees only.

      Pros

      Starting with the staff, very professional, friendly, helpful, informative and I keep going on and on. I worked with OST for approximately 3 1/2 years with no worries. Great place to work.

      Cons

      When my contract ended there were no other positions that I could have been placed in, this is because OST is a great place to work. turnover is very low.
