NOT WORTH IT!!! - Anonymous OST Employee Review

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE. 1.)Management is uninterested in knowing who you are and are completely disengaged. The only time you will receive correspondence is when they are A.) telling you what you can and cannot do (i.e. participate in gov't team building activities or professional development) B.) You have done something "wrong" or "incorrect". 2.) "Benefits" are terrible and terribly EXPENSIVE!!! 3.) No opportunity for advancement whatsoever. 4.) Completely uninteresting work environment and absolutely TERRIBLE work culture. (Or lack thereof.) 5. TERRIBLE PAY. Well below industry standard for degree of work and task loads.
