      Pros

      Managers and senior management are nice and caring. Average benefit. Lots of opportunities to grow and learn if you are at a junior level. Good team working environment.

      Cons

      Not many opportunities to move around and grow once you have advanced into mid or senior level, due to the limited number of projects. Flexible work schedule depends on the project team. The corporate is cheap on company wide activities and rewards.

      Pros

      Starting with the staff, very professional, friendly, helpful, informative and I keep going on and on. I worked with OST for approximately 3 1/2 years with no worries. Great place to work.

      Cons

      When my contract ended there were no other positions that I could have been placed in, this is because OST is a great place to work. turnover is very low.
