Direction and focus need some more work.

Some fun tech in AR space. Decent pay and working conditions. Good fast paced product development. No PC/Social Justice agenda being pushed which is a very refreshing change in SF.

CEO has hired a ton of family members into exec and senior positions. Loyalty valued over competency or work ethic. Some very outdated ideas about work/life balance. Working from home almost impossible. Very limited PTO. Aggressive development goals sometimes look more like ludicrous development goals. ID/ME focus not sufficiently supported by software, firmware, and EE resources. Huge amounts of money wasted on flashy marketing and a nice office.
