Pros

The company is currently growing so there is opportunity for growth at every level. I personally enjoy going to work because of the atmosphere. People are always working hard but not afraid to joke or play music and have fun at all locations. Great place to work if you want to feel like part of a Team!

Cons

There are so many pros to working at OTR. I don't really have any cons. Good benefits, great atmosphere, everyone matters no matter their position, room for growth, competitive pay, and much more.

Pros

I have been with the company for many years and will say I would not change it for the world. The people I work with are fantastic we all work to the same common goal and if someone stubbles we are all there to build them back up. This is a great team atmosphere, and we all hold each other accountable because that what makes a great team.

Cons

To me even with the late night and long hours. There are no cons!
