Pros
You can work remotely full time (doing a job that will not be what was promised- they will completely change your role and destroy it as more and more layoffs occur).
Cons
This company still sells itself as OTR Global- a place that used to care about their employees and value diversity and hard work. This company no longer exists. Since being bought out by BWG/Private Equity their only goal is to make as much money before they sell off everyone again in a year or two. This includes laying off employees that have been there 10/15/20+ years and working all their remaining employees with unreasonable expectations and not providing compensation to match the work.
