Pros
Great community among staff, students care a lot. Person-to-person interactions with people in the school almost always great. Students work hard.
Cons
Admin/Staff has high turnover as of 2022 so there are a lot of things lost in the mix. Can be hard to get things done that require University money since communication can be so slow.
