Very nice people , supportive teams. Fun place to work. Short hours by recruitment standards. Good training.
Cons
The company is too focussed on making profit above everything else. It is very clique-y if your face fits and you go to the pub with the right people you can get away with not billing much when others are put on performance management. The leadership team is too old and stuck in the mud. No alumni for previous staff.
