I didn't experience anything negative during my time working at Obayasji. It's construction though, so weather delays can occasionally force steep deadlines and longer working days.

Safety was an after thought Long hours Lazy, entitled leadership (has since been fired and replaced) Office engineers kept meddling with field engineers, created a very "us-vs-you" attitude. I hear these issues have been resolved with the firing of leadership
