Pros

There is no variable pay, we can get full salary except PF. 8 working hours per day

Cons

Lot of cons in this company -> Very Old technologies -> They will send employees to client places(Chennai) mostly by giving fake assurances -> Once you went to client places you have to work based on client timings and night duties without pay -> Most of the clients of this company is expecting employee to work like a slave. Literally client will play with us. These guys will say you have to follow how client said. But before joining they will say we will take care of yours even in client places. -> Based on Client feedback our career depends in OFS -> If they got good feedback they will send to another client with in a short period, if feedback is negative, they will terminate by saying some worst reasons. -> Even if Client wants to take you as a direct employee, this OFS people pull us by saying some dirty reasons to them -> OFS recruiting employees by saying permanent but it's totally contract.. Even it is 6 months or 2years also they will terminate us whenever they want. -> Too many politics inside. Literally they will play with employees. -> Last but not least don't join in this company. If u join you will loose your confidence and your skills. Literally we won't feel comfortable.

Pros

Nice and crisp short-term opportunities to learn. I had a lot of smaller, greenfield and technologically challenging opportunities to contribute and learn.

Cons

The management and the executives are so inexperienced and unknowledgeable that employees end up suffering at the end. The CTO is the biggest negative of that company. He’s still in the 1960s trying to know what happened in 1990 in the technology world. He’s the biggest impediment to the company’s growth! There’s no encouragement, no appreciation and no praise, whatsoever for the invaluable contributions made by the employees. There’s no career growth or individual roadmap. No one cares about the employees. In the annual feedback review, the managers talk only about the raise, which is always sub par with the industry standards. The employees are shuffled left, right and middle to projects that runs on technology, which none in the company has any idea about.
