Pros

Over the past few years, I've seen Obu improve the company culture, processes, and teamwork; things always get better and better. Everyone is so easy to work with, always there when you need them, and open to feedback. I enjoyed every time I had to collaborate with multiple departments because I always learned a new thing from them.

Cons

It's a fast-paced environment where you have to wear multiple hats, but at the same time, you learn faster.

Pros

I worked at Obu for a number of years and saw it grow from a very small start up to stable and respected company within the law marketing field. I was given every opportunity to grow and learn and was pushed to do new things. The company takes input from employees seriously and is continually striving to be better. It is a fun place to work and if you are committed to doing a good job and working hard, you get to play too. Obu understands the need for work/life balance and aways gave me the freedom to be where I needed to be for my family, however they also expect you to check-in and make sure you are not holding anything up. I think that it is a good way to respect employees, while ensuring the clientele is well served. I left last year to spend more time with my young kids and miss these people who truly are my work family.

Cons

Not necessarily a con, but since Obu is a small company everyone is asked to wear many hats as needed. If someone moves on to another opportunity, everyone else is asked to step up to fill that space. While this can be stressful at times, it also provides the opportunity to learn new things and skills.
