The team is sharp, supportive, and leadership is approachable. In fact, i’ve even had casual brainstorms with the CEO over coffee and I think it’s a great place with lots of room to grow fast. If you show ownership in your work, you'll get a ton of autonomy. I'd say that if you like learning on the fly, this is an amazing place to be. If you want predictability and structure, it’s probably not the right fit.

Things move quickly and priorities shift. You’ll often wear multiple hats and need to figure things out as you go. That pace isn’t for everyone, I've seen a lot of competent people give up. Startups are hard!

Flexibility and understanding make it easy to manage both personal and professional responsibilities.

Growing Pains: As with any rapidly scaling startup, things can move fast and processes may not always be fully in place. You need to be adaptable and comfortable with some ambiguity. High Expectations: The bar is set high, and the workload can be intense at times. It’s definitely not for those looking for a 9-to-5 environment, but if you thrive in a dynamic setting, you’ll love it.
