OHI is very welcoming to new hires and tries their best to make you feel like a part of their family,

The onboarding process was long and tedious.

I would say the employees are the cons or some of the patients.

Cons would be the managers not wanting to assist in any way and allowing the doctors or patients just curse you out and of course you just have to smile and move on to the next call.
