Pros
They have great benefits. In RI the major holidays are closed. There is a promise for a better tomorrow. They strive to make the customer happy. Great improvements already made within the HR aspect of business.
Cons
They MICRO MANAGE eveything!!!! They have audit after audit. Should you not disect the verbiage of every policy and procedure, you will fail. They are getting better at communication between the stores and corporate, but should you have a real concern be careful which department you communicate with. Their replenishment and delivery system leaves much to be desired. I rarely get what I'm suppose to get on the pallet it states and trust me people are constantly breaking done pallets to find that 1 piece so that you aren't receiving points on an audit.... talk about unproductive. They send to much to the stores with no concerns of salesfloor or backroom space. Example: There are 9 pallets of polar soda (which I sell very well) in my backroom however someone deemed it unnecessary to have it on the sales floor so now my backroom is full and my polar soda is almost always empty because I don't have someone that can fill that 2 times day. Store managers do not make the merchandising choices needed for their area. Oh well.... Their loss in sales!!!!!!!
